Program Advisor (Senior Level)

CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
TS/SCI with FS polygraph

 

LOCATION: Bethesda, Maryland

 

To qualify for a Senior-level labor category, the candidate must possess, at a minimum, the following education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred but not required); and
  • Twenty (20) years of work experience related to the technical requirement against which the individual is slated to perform.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct continuous research to identify requirements, standards, tools, methods, business processes, and techniques to support PE/ISE operational alignment. Conduct analysis of and document information access and management issues, to include current business practices and procedures.
  • Develop/modify new business processes/procedures.
  • Map/diagram changes to business processes.
  • Prepare draft memorandums, point papers, and briefings which inform the decision makers on PE/ISE business process related efforts
  • Support/lead the preparation for and conduct of stakeholder meetings
  • Take meeting notes as required.

Required senior-level qualifications:

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience preparing business process mapping and development related briefs and materials (e.g., papers/metrics) for high-level meetings and briefings;
  • Expert knowledge of business process mapping and development;
  • Expert ability to oversee the preparation for/conduct of policy reviews;
  • Demonstrated expert ability to identify requirements, standards, tools, methods, business processes, and techniques to support operational alignment;
  • Superior ability to develop/modify business processes/procedures;
  • Demonstrated expert ability to map/diagram changes to business processes, and draft memorandums, point papers, and briefings that inform the decision makers on PE/ISE business process related efforts; and
  • Superior ability to support/conduct stakeholder meetings.
