HR Data Analyst

Work location: McLean, VA

Security Clearance:  TS SCI CI Poly (candidates must currently hold this level)

Degree:  Bachelor’s

Required Skills:

• Presentation and Communication

• Excellent organizational, work-flow and multi-tasking skills

• Demonstrated ability to represent the organization in a positive, proactive manner

• Strong V-lookup skills, Pivot tables

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite of tools Excel (Expert), PowerPoint, Word, and Access

• SPSS familiarity

• Ability to manage competing priorities, while adhering to strict deadlines

• Strong oral presentation skills including ability to clearly convey complex information and ideas to employees at all staff levels

• Ability to learn, interpret and research policy and procedures appropriate for the work environment whether it be agency specific, IC or industry

• Ability to analyze organizational challenges and propose innovative solutions for process and communication improvement or systems enhancements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in demonstrated relevant experience

• Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Cognos 10.0 or willingness to learn

• Lime Survey Tool

• Human Resources Experience

• Intelligence Community experience.
