• Develop entity relationship diagrams, logical models, data flow diagrams and/or object models. 
• Align data modeling methodologies, standards, and guidelines using XML-based schema to mission business processes and services.
• Translate business processes, information exchanges, and policies into working XML and XACML data solutions. 
• Guide strategy development and feasibility assessments affecting complex data systems and architectures.
• Work with standards development organizations, standards bodies, and develop standards to effectively carry forward organizational needs to national and international standards bodies and forums. 
•  Analyze, identify, and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions supporting ISE customer requirements
• Work as a Database Administrator (DBA) in developing and analyzing requirements for Data Dictionaries. 
• Derive data models consistent with functions, objects and/or classes for development and test environments. 
• Develop and implement strategic data architectures consistent with the Federal Enterprise Architecture artifacts for both public and private entities. 
• Take meeting notes as required. .
•  Required senior-level qualifications:
• Seven (7) years of demonstrated success and experience developing entity relationship diagrams, logical models, data flow diagrams and/or object models;
•  Previous work as a DBA with experience developing and analyzing requirements for data dictionaries;
• Experience aligning data modeling methodologies, standards, and guidelines using XML-based schema to mission business processes and services;

• * Superior ability taking business processes, information exchanges, and policies, and translating them into working XML and XACML data solutions;

  * Experience guiding strategy development and feasibility assessments affecting complex data systems and architectures;

  * Experience dealing with standards development organizations, standards bodies, and development of standards to effectively carry forward organizational needs to national and international standards bodies and forums;

  * Superior knowledge and experience with advanced analytical capabilities and discipline to identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions supporting ISE customer requirements;

  * Experience deriving data models consistent with functions, objects and/or classes for development and test environments;

  * Superior oral and written communication skills and ability to translate complicated technical issues for a non-technical audience;

  * Experience developing and implementing strategic data architectures consistent with the federal enterprise architecture artifacts, for both public and private entities; and

  * Good organization and outstanding time management skills.
