Responsibilities and Duties:

1) Perform daily checks on time sheet entries for all employees to conform compliance with government regulations.  Instruct individuals in proper usage.  Track violations.  Issue corrective action memorandums.  Issue reports on Holiday and PTO usage.

2) Coordinator, Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center: Assist the Manager in all administrative duties to include admission, registration, and proctoring. Must have proficient office computer skills. Must complete training and pass an administrator’s certification exam.

3) Administrative/clerical duties to include but not limited to tracking equipment, supplies, and other inventories necessary for the proper running of a busy, active office. Knowledge of spreadsheets, clerical procedures, and good communication skills are a must. Previous administrative assistance experience is helpful.

4) Support kitchen, holiday, and special events. Ensure kitchen snacks are stocked and rotated. Keep main refrigerator stocked with drinks, etc. Maintain kitchen in tidy manner. Coordinate holiday and/or special event decorations, food, and events. You are also the official host to any visitors ensuing they feel comfortable and welcomed.

5) Able to assist and support co-workers with diverse skills and duties. Able to adapt to changing environments and new technologies. Show good initiative. Able to work under pressure when given a task that is of vital importance to the organization.



Qualifications:

  • Able to demonstrate "position skills" via training, portfolio, and/or experience
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions
  • Must be able to work alone or with a team
  • MS Office skills are preferred
  • Must be able to work outside of comfort zone
  • Successful applicant must be a resident and maintain residency in a SBA HUBZone.
  • Comptia A+ Certification must be completed within 90 days from date of Hire.
