QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years’ experience

Requirements:

• The minimum level of education for this position is an advanced degree, or Ph.D. in engineering, physics, or chemistry, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in scientific research, design of experiments, research documentation, microelectronics research, production development, and technical management
• Specific experience with electroless and electroplating, flip chip assembly, and glop top applications.
• Scientist shall be formally trained, be capable of, and have a proven track record of performing and documenting statistically designed experiments.
