POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI with Poly.

LOCATION: McLean, Virginia

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in a technical field.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing statistical analysis using customer-provided tools.

• Producing reports using customer-provided reporting tools.

• Using Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and conduct data analysis.

• Generating PowerPoint presentations with graphical data displays in a timely manner with attention to detail.

• Generating weekly statistical reports for the CMO.

• Generating monthly HR management reports

• Serving as backup for ACCESS database administration

• Working in conjunction with Cognos report developer to eliminate single point of failure.

• Generating ad hoc requests and presentations upon request from component or HR leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience querying Cognos, ManPower, Microsoft Access, Lawson for data compilation and     analysis.

• Familiarity with SQL and Cognos Query Studio.

• Microsoft Excel expertise.

• Experience writing reports.

• Ability to be flexible based on customer requirements and respond to ad hoc tasking.
