Description
Job Title: Graphic Artist/Business Development Support

Responsibilities: 
The position will provide graphic artist support for our online presence, proposal, and internal documentation. They will work with the social media aspects to maintain the company’s presence on various social media platforms and help create and publish content that is relevant to our customer base. 
 
Work Schedule:  Part-Time at 15-20 hours per week. Opportunity for full-time possible.
 
Location: Primary office is Luray, VA but individual may be required as necessary to accomodate the job responsbilities.
  • Provide any needed graphics for Bluemont’s Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, website, and emerging application(s) accounts.
  • Provide graphic updates to Bluemont’s main website.
  • Works to coordinate similar look and feel to all of Bluemont’s communication media.
  • Coordinates with VP of Human Capital to support outreach projects and ensures proper branding of Bluemont’s job board.
  • Coordinates/generates graphics of Bluemont’s newsletters.
  • Work to ensure Bluemont’s logos and trademarks are current.
  • Work with social media manager to generate press release packet with appropriate sized logos and banners.
  • Generate graphics for proposals, internal processes, and internet presence.
Qualifications: 

Residence:

Required Skills:
  • Excellent graphic arts skills with state of the art industry tools.
  • Ability to mix media formats (graphics, sound, video clips, etc.)
  • Knowledge business communications tools (MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Internet- and technology-savvy
  • Self-starter with ability to work in team environment and take initiative while accepting guidance
  • A sense of humor
  • Creativity
 Education/Experience:
  • Formal education in Fine Arts or similar area or ability to demonstrate skills via a portfolio
