JOB TITLE: Procurement Analyst (Senior level)

LOCATION: Bethesda, Maryland

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

CLEARANCE: TS SCI CI Poly (Active)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Contracting, Economics, Business, Law, or similar field.
• Twenty years or more of experience as a Government Contracting Officer, (will consider candidates who performed as FFRDC or another non-conflicted contractor postion)
• Performance of the full range of Government pre-award and post-award activities on various types of contracts
• Expert knowledge of federal contracting regulations, policies, and procedures
• Experience as a Contracting Officer within the Intelligence Community
• Experience planning and evaluating procurement and contracting programs and operations
• Experience in developing and recommending policies, procedures, and guidelines in support of federal procurement and contracting programs
• Experience managing a group or team of contracting officers
• Level III DAWIA, FAC-C, or equivalent certification
