SME Compiler Engineer / SME. Software Engineer - Research

Bluemont Technology & Research Inc. is seeking a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for research/implementation of homomorphic cryptology for compilers and/or supporting tools. As a Senior Researcher, you will work with various teams and pursue interests as a subject matter expert in the area of homomorphic encryption. You will explore the latest cutting-edge technology concepts and work to implement and then deploy working resources to the Intelligence Community and provide scientific, engineering and technical SETA support to the government program Manager. The focus of the research will be homomorphic encryption. The ideal candidate should have computer science skills building tools and/or compilers / IDEs (Integrated Development Environments).

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, cryptography or related fields
  • A minimum of three (3) years of technical expertise and experience (within the past 15 years) in at least two of the following relevant areas:
  • Programming language development and compiler development
  • Cryptography including homomorphic encryption
  • Systems security analysis and tools for automation of security analysis
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in design, development, and test of complex software systems within the past 10 years.
  • PhD in one of the aforementioned degree fields is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in all three (3) aforementioned relevant areas in the last ten (10) years
  • Five (5) years of experience in experience in design, development, and test of complex software systems within the past 10 years.
  • Must be current US Citizen (by birth or with valid US Passport) eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI (Counter Intelligence) polygraph. Strong preference given to an individual having an existing U.S. government clearance.
