EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems or software engineering)


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deliver a system capable of identifying anomalous human movement patterns characterizing what alterations would blend them back into the background. Based on foundational human mobility modeling, recent machine learning innovations and high-fidelity urban simulations, create an algorithm suite to model the full range of normal dynamics in a population, driving down and characterizing the current noise floor of activity discover-ability.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience OR Masters degree and 2+ years' work experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the development of trajectory analytics or human mobility modeling.
• 2 years’ experience with R & D in spatiotemporal data modeling.
• 2 years’ experience with R & D of machine learning algorithms.
• 2 years’ experience with R&D cloud engineering and management of cloud-based architectures.
• 1 year of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team.
• 2 years’ experience creating program plans, work breakdown structures and milestone schedules.
• Ability to proactively manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Excellent slide development and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills. (Detail oriented)


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s Degree or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant engineering fields (electrical, computer, systems, software) with 4+ years of work experience.
• 2 years’ experience with micro-simulations of human mobility.
• 2 years’ experience with architectures to support large spatiotemporal data management and processing.
• 2 years' experience in the Intelligence Community, including experience with requirements CONOPS and transition.
• 4 years’ experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development or Test and Development Team.
• 4 years' experience with R&D Machine Learning Algorithms.
• 1 year of experience as Manager or Deputy Project Manager.
• 2 years' experience with utilization, development and management of AWS environments and/or C2S environments.
