This position supports a proposal effort in the Intelligence Research Community which will provide Scientific Research, Communications, Advanced Computing Systems and Engineering.   This is a Full-time employee status opportunity and all placements will be contingent upon contract award.

LOCATION: Maryland

QUALIFICATIONS:

10 years’ experience
 

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of semiconductor process engineering/manufacturing experience with knowledge of both Si and compound semiconductor processing
• A background in semiconductor processing with an emphasis on lithographic and deposition systems
• Experience maintaining a Class 10 cleanroom is also required.
