3-Dimensional Integration Engineer/ Scientist

This position supports a proposal effort in the Intelligence Research Community which will provide Scientific Research, Communications, Advanced Computing Systems and Engineering.   This is a Full-time employee status opportunity and all placements will be contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIRED:  TS/SCI  (Applicants must currently hold this level of clearance)

LOCATION: Maryland

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The minimum level of education for this position is an advanced degree, or Ph.D. in engineering, physics, or chemistry
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in scientific research, design of experiments, research documentation, microelectronics research, production development, and technical management.
• Must have specific experience with covalent or eutectic bonding, TSV fabrication, and other 3-Dimensional integration techniques.
• The Scientist shall be formally trained, be capable of, and have a proven track record of performing and documenting statistically designed experiments.
