Administrative Research Assistant

We have a contract which potentially will be awarded within the next two weeks on or near November 1, 2018. We are searching for an Administrative Research Assistant who will provide administrative and security support for an Intelligence community Research Program.

Location: Maryland

Clearance: None - must be US Citizen and clearable

Experience:  A minimum of five (5) years of experience providing administrative support is required.

Project scope:

• Work with the Government Staff Administrator to coordinate visitors, travel, meetings, and special handling of VIP guests
• Answer telephones, greet and log-in visitors
• Distribute mail
• Buy supplies for research lab
• Provide coordination between University of Maryland (UMD), and the Gov’t Customer to assist researchers with administrative aspect of their research.

NOTE: This position supports a Government contract proposal which is due to be awarded on or about November 1, 2018.  All hires are contingent upon contract award.
