POSITION:  Quantum Research Assistant

CLEARANCE:  Ability to be cleared up to TS SCI FS Poly

REQUIREMENTS:

5 Years of research experience in a quantum computing field

• Experimental experience with design, fab, test of qubits, with emphasis on solid state implementations
• Theory experience with design of qubits, design of quantum protocols (e.g. randomized benchmarking or other process/state characterization methods), or quantum error correction

PhD preferred (Strong candidate with MS is possibly acceptable)

Post-doctoral experience strongly preferred

Software skills a plus (C/C++, java, python…)

This person will assist the Government teams:

• in the development and management of Government sponsored research grants and contracts;
• Review, summarize, and present assessments of technical reports
• Perform analysis of technical reports
• Create theoretical models to explain data
• Assist the Gov't PM in understanding
