Sr. Enterprise Architect

CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
TS/SCI with FS polygraph

 

LOCATION: Bethesda, Maryland

 

To qualify for a Senior-level labor category, the candidate must possess, at a minimum, the following education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred but not required); and
  • Twenty (20) years of work experience related to the technical requirement against which the individual is slated to perform.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as technical lead in implementation of programs and products, to include technical reports, policies, and PE/ISE position papers for implementation guidance for ISE constituents.
  • Coordinate technical deliverables to ISE Council Working Group and Standards Coordinating Council and perform as technical liaison between PE/ISE and IC and D/A technical resources.
  • Apply IT expertise and understanding of ODNI priorities and workflows to design, implement, maintain, and update technical/architectural deliverables.
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance to ensure coordination between all ODNI components.
  • Apply understanding of IC and ODNI priorities to draft architecture and standards based presentation for briefings for executive-level ODNI leadership, various IC components, and public audiences.
  • Take meeting notes as required.

 

  • REQUIRED Sr. Level Qualifications:
  • Seven (7) or more years of demonstrated experience and success in associating business and mission requirements with detailed and accurate information technology system designs and solutions;
  • Advanced ability to quickly become an expert on the existing information sharing requirements, architectures, segment architectures, profiles and associated standards;
  • Demonstrated success connecting developed enterprise architectures to standards and investment strategies;
  • Superior oral and written communication skills and ability to translate complicated technical issues for a non-technical audience;
  • Demonstrated success and experience interacting with/briefing Executive-level decision makers;
  • Superior ability to facilitate interagency working groups;
  • Experience participating in technical exchange and governance meetings;
  • Advanced ability to facilitate cultural and organizational change activities relative to the implementation of architectures; and
  • Expert ability to draft position papers and deliver briefings to an audience of executives.
