Qualifications

  • At least ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology, at least seven (7) years of which must have been in the previous ten (10) years, in direct support of DoD Information Assurance/Cyber security
  • Senior-level management and direction on client information system security engineering engagements
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying cyber security requirements/standards and implementing requirements into automated information system (AIS) designs and or operational systems; determining enterprise cyber security standards; developing and implementing cyber security standards and procedures; coordinating, developing, and evaluating security programs; establishing and satisfying information assurance and security requirements through the application of information system security engineering based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands; proficient in analyzing complex cyber security-related technical problems and providing engineering and technical support for resolution
  • Demonstrated experience leading vulnerability/risk analysis of computer systems and applications during the system development life cycle; demonstrated knowledge of and experience with implementing the requirements of the DoDI 8510.01 DoD risk management framework (RMF).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted cybersecurity efforts.
  • An active Cyber Security Workforce Baseline certification that meets the requirements of DoD 8570.01-M IASE Level II/SECNAV-M 5239.2 Advanced/Master Proficiency Level.
  • One of the following certifications:
    Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)
    Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
