JOB TITLE: Expert Procurement/Acquisition SME

JOB DUTIES:

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Program Management, Acquisition or another related field.
• Twenty years or more of experience within a Program Management Office, or providing senior management/oversight of: requirements analysis; resource allocation; project costing; deliverable tracking; schedule and financial data monitoring; and reporting.
• Ten years or more experience within the IC or DoD developing/reviewing Major systems Acquisitions (MSA) acquisition documentation (e.g. Program Management Plan (PMP), Statement of Capabilities (SOC), Intelligence Capabilities Baseline Description (ICBD), etc.).
• Knowledge of Federal, IC and DoD acquisition policies, laws, procedures and guidance.
• Knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organizations’ roles and internal structures for acquisition and program management.
